"Recruiters are idiots"

This statement I often hear from job seekers. Okay, that might be true, but what are you going to do about it? Are you going to stay tucked away in your comfort zone? You don't have the job or the salary you deserve, and employers are complaining that they can't find the right talent. So...??

I began my career at Siemens when I was just 18 years old. After 23 years there, I decided to transition into consulting, allowing companies to benefit from my experience. When I turned 50, I wanted to verify how my practical knowledge aligned with academic theories. To do this, I enrolled in several programs on project management, leadership, and negotiations at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and the International University of Monaco.

Armed with this knowledge, I began training and coaching individuals and companies in advanced project management. However, I later realized that there was a greater demand for professional development. As a result, I shifted my focus to helping both employees and job seekers realize they can achieve much more than they think. This support can be provided individually, in groups, or through educational institutions.
